The Arizona Housing Commission (AHC) and Arizona Department of Housing (ADOH) have established a special task force to solicit feedback from the Arizona development community about ways to improve the LIHTC program. The survey is for any developers, lenders, equity partners, housing agencies, service providers, appraisers, and real estate professionals that work with the LIHTC. Surveys should be completed and returned to AHC no later than June 1, 2012.
