The Ohio Housing Finance Agency’s Office of Program Compliance has updated its Extended Use Monitoring Plan for tax credit projects in Extended Use. The most significant change in the revised Monitoring Plan is that OHFA will suspend regular inspections of projects in Extended Use, unless the project is also assisted with HOME funds administered by OHFA.
