Minnesota Housing’s Multifamily Division has restructured the program compliance department by merging the Housing Tax Credit, HOME, and deferred loan monitoring staff into one consolidated compliance team. The team is now led by Karen Hassan, compliance supervisor. The team will be responsible for the overall compliance monitoring of properties in Minnesota Housing’s portfolio.
Former compliance coordinator, Renee Dickinson, has accepted a new position within Minnesota Housing as an operations specialist. In this role, Dickinson will be responsible for the managing of the Multifamily Division’s production and compliance databases and will continue to oversee the policy and procedure implementation for the Housing Tax Credit, HOME, and deferred loan programs.
