The Ohio Housing Finance Agency (OHFA) will host an architectural technical roundtable to gather comments and suggestions related to Expected Useful Life standards. These standards will be used in the scoring of existing rental units under the Competitive Selection Process outlined in the 2013 QAP. The round table will be held on Wednesday, August 15, 2012 from 1:30 pm to 3:30 pm at OHFA. The agenda is as follows:

  1. Review of the 2013 Rehabilitation Characteristics and scoring
  2. Review of existing EUL tables, including Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, HUD, Marshall Swift
  3. Roundtable discussion of EUL tables
  4. Open comment
