The Minnesota Housing Finance Agency will co-host a webinar with Minnesota Housing Partnership to review the draft of its 2013 Affordable Housing Plan on August 21, 2012 from 10:30am- 11:30am. This is Minnesota Housing’s business plan for carrying out the Agency’s core work for 2013 and implementing the new Strategic Plan. In an effort to remain more responsive to the current environment, Minnesota Housing has decided to permanently switch from the creation of a two-year plan to a one-year plan. It outlines key programmatic and policy initiatives for the year, specifies program funding allocations, and establishes production targets. This year’s plan will allocate approximately $800 million of housing resources to assist more than 65,000 households and housing units.
