The Ohio Housing Finance Agency (OHFA) is offering two, half-day training sessions on the 2013 Housing Credit Program. The training sessions will be held October 30, 2012 at 8:00am- 11:30am and 1:00pm- 4:30pm with a joint networking lunch being held in between the sessions. All events will take place at the Ohio Department of Natural Resources Assembly Center in Columbus, OH.


OHFA plans to provide an overview on the 2013 housing credit program and address questions raised through public comments on the 2013 Qualified Allocation Plan. Click here to read the Frequently Asked Questions to be further addressed at the training sessions.

UPDATE: Due to the recent inclement weather, OHFA cancelled the two training sessions originally scheduled for October 30, 2012. OHFA will now offer two webinars on November 13, 2012 from 9:30am-11:30 am December 18, 2012 from 1:30pm-3:30 pm to provide the training. All registration fees paid for the training sessions will be refunded. OHFA will provide more details via email on accessing the webinars shortly.
