The Wisconsin Housing and Economic Development Authority (WHEDA) has announced that it will be hosting two informational sessions about the policy goals, application guidelines, and selection process for their new Low Income Housing Tax Credit “High Impact Project Reserve” (HIPR) program.  The purpose of the program is to award tax credits to a project with strong economic development attributes, strong community support, and a tangible impact on job creation.The sessions will take place on May 22nd and May 23rd.
