The Ohio Housing Finance Agency (OHFA) has released a Housing Credit Gap Financing (HCGF) Guidelines draft. The OHFA will be accepting public comments regarding the draft until May 3rd. The OHFA has also released a draft of the 2013 Capital Improvements Program Guidelines and will accept comments until May 3rd as well.
