        NH&RA is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors which is elected annually by its membership at the organization’s annual meeting. The Executive Committee is comprised of the organization’s officers and is elected annually by the Board of Directors. Professional staff provide for the day-to-day operations of the association and report to the Board of Directors and Executive Committee.

QAP Drafts & Public Hearings

  • The Iowa Finance Authority is hosting a public forum to provide developers and interested parties an opportunity to provide recommendations for the 2015 Qualified Allocation Plan (QAP) – 4% Tax Credits with Tax-Exempt Bonds on May 5, 2014.
  • The Draft Oregon 2014 QAP is available and you may view the draft on Oregon Housing and Community Services’ website. OHCS will host a public hearing on its proposed restructuring of tax-exempt multi-family housing development revenue bonds on April 28, 2014 in Salem, OR.
  • Minnesota Housing is seeking input from partners and stakeholders early in their planning process to develop an effective Affordable Housing Plan (the Agency’s annual business plan) for 2015. Comments are due by 5:00 p.m. on Friday, May 9, 2014. Additionally, Minnesota Housing Finance Agency has published a draft of the proposed 2016 Housing Tax Credit Qualified Allocation Plan (QAP), and is seeking public comment on the proposed amendments.
