Multifamily Executive recently released its list of 2014 MFE Projects of the Year Awards winners. Each year, MFE honors the industry’s best and brightest in several categories including best High-Rise, Apartment (12 stories and up), High-Rise, Condo, Mid-Rise (7 to 11 stories), etc. Projects are judged on innovation and marketplace success, particularly in design, as well as strategic financing. Among the 28 project, program, and service award winners includes four NH&RA member firms:
- Bridge Housing: Rene Cazenave Apartments, San Francisco, CA
- Gorman & Company: The Lofts at McKinley, Phoenix, AZ
- Pennrose (2): John C. Anderson Apartments, Philadelphia, PA and The George, New Brunswick, NJ
- Architectural Team: Residences at Wingate, Needham, MA
