The Pennsylvania Housing Finance Agency adopted its Allocation Plan for Year 2015 Low Income Housing Tax Credit Program. The Allocation Plan was approved by the Governor on October 7, 2014 and is available on the Agency’s website.
The 2015 Allocation Plan established an application deadline of 3:00 p.m. on Friday, January 30, 2015. As part of this Supplemental Processing Guidance, the application deadline has been extended to 3:00 p.m. on Friday, February 13, 2015.
