Kentucky Housing Corporation (KHC) is pleased to announce the awards for funding for the 2014 application round competing for 2015 program resources. KHC received 40 applications requesting $20 million in Low Income Housing Tax Credits (Housing Credits), and was able to fund 19 projects with $9,174,414 of 2015 Housing Credits in conjunction with other KHC resources, including funds from the HOME Investment Partnerships Program (HOME) and Affordable Housing Trust Fund (AHTF) totaling $1,837,682.

Also, KHC received ten applications requesting over $1.4 million in non-credit resources and was able to fund two projects with $1,043,307 of KHC’s resources.

This funding round supports the creation or preservation of 839 units of affordable rental housing in 16 counties in Kentucky. A listing of the funding awards is available on KHC’s website, under Development, Multifamily.
