The North Dakota Housing Finance Agency announced that the Housing Incentive Fund, a state effort to create affordable rental housing, is resuming activity. NDHFA is accepting applications for development assistance through the Housing Incentive Fund, a program that has created more than 1,500 new units statewide. North Dakota legislators reauthorized the program, provided $30 million in tax credits and $5 million in cash from earnings of the Bank of North Dakota with another $5 million if the bank reaches $130 million in profits for 2015.
