The Ohio Office of Planning, Preservation and Development announced the 2015 Housing Tax Credit program awards! More than $30 million in annual credits were awarded to 40 developments supporting the financing of more than 2,500 units of affordable housing across the state of Ohio. The 2015 recipients were chosen from more than 100 applicants seeking nearly $77 million in credits. The recipient list is now available on the OHFA website.
