The 2016 Draft Qualified Allocation Plans are open for public comment through 4:30 p.m. on August 25, 2015. Comments may be submitted via email. The Iowa Finance Authority will hold a public hearing on August 25, 2015, to receive public comments on the 2016 Draft Qualified Allocation Plan.
