The 2016 proposed Qualified Allocation Plan (QAP) is posted to the Iowa Finance Authority website. The 2016 Draft Qualified Allocation Plans are open for public comment through 4:30 p.m. on August 25, 2015. Comments may be submitted via email. The Iowa Finance Authority will hold a public hearing on August 25, 2015, to receive public comments on the 2016 Draft Qualified Allocation Plan.The public hearing will be held from 9:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. at the Iowa Finance Authority, 2015 Grand Avenue, Des Moines, Iowa.
