Massachusetts Department of Housing and Community Development (DHCD) posted the Draft FY 2015 – 2019 Consolidated Plan. The Consolidated Plan also includes the Draft FY 2015 Annual Action Plan. The Plans cover the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), the HOME Investment Partnership (HOME), the Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG), and the Housing Opportunities for Persons with AIDS (HOPWA) programs. The draft plan is available for public review and comment during a 30-day period beginning July 3, 2015, and ending August 3, 2015. A public hearing is required by federal regulations Title 24 Part 91. The public hearing will be held on Wednesday, July 29, 2015, from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the MA Dept. of Housing and Community Development, 100 Cambridge Street, 2nd Floor Conference Room A, Boston, MA. MA DHCD will also accept written comments through August 1, 2015.
