The State of California invites you to participate in a series of public workshops to provide input on a Concept Paper for the Second Investment Plan and the Draft Funding Guidelines for Agencies Administering California Climate Investments. These draft documents propose guidelines governing the Affordable Housing and Sustainable Communities (AHSC) and other programs funded by the Greenhouse Gas Reduction Fund.
Four workshops covering the same material will be held in Oakland, Fontana, Los Angeles and San Diego on August 10th, 12th and 13th. In each location, representatives from the Administration will provide an overview of our early thoughts for investment priorities and hear public comment on both potential future investments and the draft Funding Guidelines.
