The Iowa Finance Authority released its 2016 draft qualified allocation plan, a red line version, and an overview of changes. They are open for public comment until August 25 at 4:30pm. Comments may be submitted via email. The Iowa Finance Authority will hold a public hearing on August 25, 2015, to receive public comments on the 2016 Draft Qualified Allocation Plan.
