Kentucky Housing Corporation (KHC) Multifamily Programs will provide information about the 2016 Qualified Allocation Plan (QAP) requirements, application score sheet, required scoring documentation, changes to the Universal Funding Application, document uploads, as well as other information necessary to apply in the 2016 competitive funding round. The Kentucky Department for Behavioral Health, Developmental and Intellectual Disabilities will also provide an update on the services and referral process for the Olmstead population. This training is mandatory for any Housing Credit developer or non-credit developer who has not had a multifamily project funded and placed in service in the last three years with KHC and intends to apply in the 2016 competitive funding round. All developers, owners, consultants, equity providers, and affordable housing partners are encouraged to attend. Registration is available until 5 p.m. Friday, September 11. The training will be Wednesday, September 16, 2015, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., at the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet Building, 200 Mero Street, Frankfort.
