The final draft of the 2016-2017 Multifamily Underwriting Guidelines will be reviewed by the OHFA Board for approval on Wednesday, August 19. The final draft will be available on the OHFA website on Monday, August 17. The final draft of the 2016 Multifamily Lending Program Guidelines was approved by the OHFA Board on Wednesday, July 15.
