WHEDA has published Modification #2 to the 2015-2016 Qualified Allocation Plans for the Low Income Housing Tax Credit program. The modification makes changes and clarifications to some of the scoring categories, and updates procedures for the 2016 LIHTC cycle. WHEDA anticipates that the 2016 LIHTC application will be available on approximately December 1, 2015.
