The 2016 Housing Tax Credit Application, Exhibits and Appendices are now available on the Iowa Finance Authority web site and will be available through Monday, December 7, 2015 at 4:30 p.m.

Reminder: The Iowa Finance Authority is hosting a Mandatory Housing Tax Credit Developer Training on October 19. The project developer or developer’s representative must attend the training to be eligible to submit an Application for 2016 9% Housing Tax Credits. Register here.
