The final 2016 Qualified Allocation Plan is now available on the North Carolina Housing Finance Agency website. The preliminary application for 2016 Housing Credits is also available, and is due by noon on January 22, 2016. Full applications for 2016 9% Tax Credits, the first round of tax-exempt bond volume and 4% Tax Credits are due on May 13, 2016. Tax credit awards will be announced in August.

The New Jersey Housing and Mortgage Finance Agency (NJHMFA) administers the Affordable Housing Production Fund (AHPF), the Affordable Housing Production Fund Set-Aside (AHPFSA), the Urban Preservation Program (UPP) and the Workforce Housing Program (WHP), through the Coronavirus State and Local Fiscal Recovery Fund (SLFRF).
Preliminary applications are due to the Department of Housing (DOH) and the Connecticut Housing Finance Authority (CHFA) by May 6.
