The Minnesota Housing released a plan for the distribution of Low-Income Housing Tax Credits in 2018, and is soliciting comments.
During this comment period for the 2018 QAP, you may:
- View the proposed 2018 HTC Self-Scoring Worksheet and QAP Methodologies.
- Provide comments at a public hearing on Thursday, March 24 from 1:00-3:00 p.m. at Minnesota Housing.
- Submit written comments to mn.housing@state.mn.us or by mail to Minnesota Housing, attn: Tamara Wilson, 400 Sibley Street, Suite 300, St. Paul, MN 55101. Written comments must be submitted by 3:00 p.m. on Thursday, March 24.
