The Kentucky Housing Corporation has released the draft pools, threshold requirements, scoring, and 2017-2018 Qualified Allocation Plan (QAP) for Low Income Housing Tax Credits. A copy of the draft QAP with highlighted edits is also available. While comments on the draft may be emailed to rentalgap@kyhousing.org, interested parties are also invited to attend KHC’s upcoming forum listed below.

 

May 25, 2016 — At the end of May, Kentucky Housing Corporation will release the draft QAP for fiscal years 2017-2018 Low Income Housing Tax Credits. To solicit feedback, KHC invites partners to register for the upcoming forum:
