The Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs (“TDHCA”) is seeking input from the public for possible amendments to the 2017 Post Award and Asset Management rules through an online forum. Staff has updated the Forum with proposed amendments to the Right of First Refusal rules. Staff will continue to update the Forum over the coming days, as further amendments to the Asset Management rules are developed.
Current amendments mostly consist of language changes to account for ROFRs offered to qualified nonprofits.
