Beginning with the 2017 RFP and 2018 HTC Round 1, developers will apply for funding through an online portal. The portal will allow customers to log in and custom build an application checklist based on the type of proposal they will submit, and upload all application materials through the portal. After selection, the portal will also facilitate all submissions of documentation needed to close on our financing, providing clarity and transparency to our customers and staff to make the process to get to the closing table easier.

If you plan to apply for funding this spring through the RFP, you must request a user account.

  • These user accounts will be available to you in mid-April, the week before the funding round opens.
  • Accounts are for project sponsors, developers and processing agents.
  • To request an account, please complete one request per organization through the online form. You must include contact information for your organization, as well as a list of each staff person from your organization that needs to access the Portal for this funding round.
