West Virginia’s QAP has a “Top Off” set-aside providing credits to previously allocated projects that require additional credits. West Virginia Housing Development Fund has modified the Program Calendar for 2017 with regard to the submission of applications requesting credits from the Top Off Set-Aside Category.  The Program Calendar is being adjusted only for Top Off requests for 2017 as follows:
