Minnesota Housing is currently updating its list of approved appraisers. The Agency periodically contracts with appraisers to value affordable housing developments and land parcels to be used for affordable housing development.
The list is open to qualified appraisers only (as individuals, not as companies) and the Agency reserves the right to limit the size of the list for quality control purposes. See our website for more information.
The deadline for responses has been extended. Interested parties should submit responses via email on or before April 11 at 4 p.m. CST to Laird Sourdif at laird.sourdif@state.mn.us.
Questions must be directed to the contact above. Other Minnesota Housing personnel are not authorized to discuss this solicitation with prospective responders before the proposal submission deadline. Contact regarding this solicitation with any Minnesota Housing personnel not listed above is prohibited and could result in disqualification.
