Kentucky Housing Corporation recently published its 2017 Cost Containment Limits for multifamily projects. The per-unit limits are based on HUD’s 234 condominium mortgage limits currently in effect and vary by geographic region. The published limits apply to new construction, rehab, historic rehab, and adaptive reuse.
