WHEDA’s on-line LIHTC application – LOLA – is now available for the 2018 cycle. A summary of changes to the application is available. As a reminder, competitive (9%) 2018 LIHTC applications must be submitted electronically by 5:00 PM (Central Time) on December 8th, 2017. The paper copy of the application, nonrefundable fee(s), and required additional documentation must be postmarked no later than December 8th, 2017, or delivered to WHEDA’s Madison office no later than 5:00 PM (Central Time) on December 8th, 2017.
