The Multifamily Programs staff is making great progress on having the MTBA Application open on February 1, 2018. In preparation of the release, applicants should consult the THOMAS User Manual regarding registration that is currently published on the website. The registration process is a two-step process to which THDA must approve the Owner/Administrative role before the applicant can begin the application. Applicants currently have the ability to request the THOMAS user credentials but will not have the ability to request access to begin an application until February 1, 2018.

THDA will host a short webinar to release official guidance on the system, fee information, and other key information pertinent to MTBA submissions. All Application Requests will be approved after the MTBA webinar.

The THOMAS User Manual for External will be updated by the end of the week as well to include information released at the webinar.
