If you plan to apply for the 9% LIHTC in Oregon, take note of the following deadlines:

• March 26 – Oregon Multifamily Energy Program application package due

• April 16 – LIHTC application, including your project’s Multifamily Energy Program Incentive Reservation letter, due to Oregon Housing & Community Services
