If you are a current OHCS Certified CHDO planning to apply for HOME funding in the 2018 HOME and LIHTC NOFAs, OHCS is requiring that you sign up to schedule a site visit. The agency is allowing a window of opportunity for current OHCS Certified CHDOs to request a site review for the 2018 HOME and LIHTC NOFAs.
To initiate scheduling the required site visit, please send an email to Site.Visit@Oregon.gov. Include in the email:
- Identify the NOFA
- Identify the CHDO Name
- Sponsor’sname
- SiteName
- Site address (site to bevisited)
- Contact information for person responsible for scheduling and attending the site visit
- Name of person completing the 2018 OHCS Project SiteChecklist
Attach to the email:
- Fully completed 2018 OHCS Project Site Checklist including all requiredattachments
The fully completed Checklist including all attachments must be submitted with your scheduling email. The Checklist is located on the OHCS website at: http://www.oregon.gov/ohcs/Pages/multifamily-housing-funding-opportunities.aspx under “Related Links.”
The deadline for requesting a Site Visit for this NOFA is:
- 5:00 pm Thursday, March 29, 2018.
Requests sent to Site.Visit@Oregon.gov after 5:00 pm on the respective deadline listed above will not be scheduled.
