A revised 2018 Housing Tax Credit (“HTC”) Award Limits and Regional Award Estimates document has been posted by the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs’ (“TDHCA”) Multifamily Finance Division on its website at: http://www.tdhca.state.tx.us/multifamily/apply-for-funds.htm. The document has been revised to re-compute the HTC ceiling based on the requirements of the Consolidated Appropriations Act of 2018. The calculations in this document are based on the 2017 Internal Revenue Service (“IRS”) population estimate, as the IRS has not yet released its population estimate for 2018. A revised application log will be posted soon.
