The application process is now open for the 2018 Low-Income Housing Tax Credit program, which provides funding to developers of multifamily affordable rental housing. All LIHTC applications are due to DSHA by 3 p.m. April 30.

The Qualified Allocation Plan has been approved and is available for review. All applicants should review the QAP, guidelines, and LIHTC application thoroughly. Questions should be directed to Cindy Deakyne or Jack Stucker at DSHA.

The tax credit program does not provide assistance to individuals.
