Colorado Maintains Original Application Schedule, Round 1 Letters of Intent Due Jan. 2

Based on the feedback we received in the recent “CHFA 2019 LIHTC Application Rounds Survey”, CHFA will maintain the current order of LIHTC competitive rounds in 2019. Given the importance of early notification of date changes, CHFA staff will continue to research opportunities to improve the 2020 LIHTC rounds and will communicate any changes by the end of 2018.

For 2019, the schedule for the 9% and State/4% LIHTC rounds will be:

2019 State/4% LIHTC Round (Round One)

• Letters of Intent due: January 2, 2019
• Applications due: February 1, 2019

2019 9% LIHTC Round (Round Two)

• Letters of Intent due: May 1, 2019
• Applications due: June 3, 2019
