OHCS recently posted an Early Issue of the CNA Requirement portion of the Project Development Manual (PDM) on the OHCS website. The Early Issue is being published in advance of the full PDM update which is scheduled for publication in September 2018. CNA requirements given in the Early Issue version are identical to the requirements that will be included in the full PDM update.
The Early Issue CNA Requirements apply to:
- All projects associated with OHCS funding offerings published on or after January 1, 2019.
- 4 % LIHTC funding applications (pre-application) received on or after January 1, 2019.
Projects not fitting the criteria above are subject to the CNA Requirements found in the 2017.12.01 version of the PDM.

The forthcoming update of the Manual will remain substantially unchanged from the most current version (2017.12.01) in both content and format. Some important content modifications have taken place since the last version. As with the last PDM version, an overview of any important changes will be listed in PDM Chapter 1.2.
