Due to last week’s release of the Developer fee worksheet and its applicability to current open Notices of Funding Availability (NOFA), the California Department of Housing and Community Development is extending the deadlines for National Housing Trust Fund Program (NHTF) and HOME Investment Partnerships Program (HOME) application deadlines as follows:
- For NHTF Applicants: New application deadline is August 28, 2018
- For HOME Applicants: New application deadline is August 30, 2018
