On Monday, September 10, HUD launched a variety  of enhancements to the RAD Resource Desk to allow users to more easily manage their RAD transactions.  These Resource Desk updates will allow for more efficient processing of RAD transactions, improved site navigation, and easier access to information.  Key features of the refreshed site include quicker navigation to the various aspects of the RAD transaction, web-based application for all RAD transactions, single logon ids for users that now require multiple accounts and landing pages that have been broken into sub-categories, allowing users to close and/or re-locate cards on their page to customize their Home page.  In addition, some documents and information that previously required logins are now available from the public screens.

Training on the new Resource Desk is available next week, customized to each user group. We have provided current users details regarding these trainings. All training sessions will be recorded and posted to the Resource Desk.
