NJ Schedules QAP Hearing on December 11 in Trenton
Proposed amendments, repeals and new rules are being proposed by the Agency to the Low Income Housing Tax Credit Qualified Allocation Plan (QAP), which is codified at N.J.A.C. 5:80-33.1 et seq. The proposal notice will be published in the November 19, 2018 New Jersey Register and is also published on the Agency’s website.
A public hearing on the proposed amendments, repeals and new rules will be held in the boardroom of the Agency at 637 South Clinton Avenue, Trenton, New Jersey on Tuesday, December 11, 2018 at 10:00 a.m.
Interested persons may appear and comment upon the proposed amendments; please call the Agency’s Division of Tax Credit Services at (609) 278-7629 if you wish to be included on the list of speakers. Interested persons may also submit written comments, which will be accepted by the Agency until January 18, 2019.

THDA has announced a virtual, public hearing for the 2026 Low Income Housing Tax Credit Qualified Allocation Plan (LIHTC QAP) to take place on August 8 at 10:30 a.m. CDT.
MHDC’s FY 2026 Multifamily Rental Production Qualified Allocation Plan (QAP) and Notice of Funding Availability (NOFA) have been approved by the Board of Commissioners, and both are now available on MHDC’s website.
