CA Housing Posts Application Update for Supportive Housing Multifamily Housing Program Notice of Funding Availability

The California Department of Housing and Community Development (HCD) announces the release of an updated Supplemental Application (Rev. 12/13/18) for the 2018 Supportive Housing – Multifamily Housing Program (SHMHP) Notice of Funding Availability (NOFA) application forms.

The revised SHMHP Supplemental Application now includes an additional section to the Supportive Service Plan worksheet.

All applicants must use the 12/13/18 version of the supplemental application.

Applications are due February 8, 2018.

SHMHP funding provides loans to individuals, public agencies, or private entities (including for-profit, limited profit, or non-profit), for the development of multifamily rental housing containing permanent supportive housing and new construction or rehabilitation of multifamily rental housing developments.
