On Jan. 31 from 9 – 11:30 am ET the New Hampshire Housing Finance Authority (NHHFA) and the Community Development Finance Authority (CDFA) will host a discussion on financial and technical resources available for energy audits and energy upgrades at multi-family housing properties.

Energy Audits – which determine energy cost saving opportunities that can also improve comfort, decrease maintenance costs, and reduce health and safety concerns – are often required to receive implementation grants and loan awards for energy-related projects via CDFA, USDA and other funders.

NHHFA and CDFA are working together to make grants and low-interest loans more accessible for energy efficiency and renewable energy projects. Register here.
