The Wisconsin Housing and Economic Development Authority is accepting applications for the National Housing Trust Fund (HTF) through June 14. Eligible properties include, but are not limited to, awarded four percent State and Federal LIHTC projects, projects with pending applications for four percent Federal LIHTC and projects that will apply in the nine percent LIHTC Supportive set-aside in 2020.
