The Connecticut Housing Finance Authority announced availability of construction and permanent taxable bond financing for use with the upcoming 2020 nine percent LIHTC applications. The terms of this financing and a list of the required application documents can be found here. Applications must be sent to LIHTCTaxableFin@chfa.org no later than 4 pm EDT on October 2, 2019.
