The New Hampshire Housing Finance Authority will hold a public form on September 20 from 9:30 am -12:30 pm EDT to discuss the 2021-2022 QAP. This is scheduled to be the final forum for discussion of potential changes to the QAP. A formal public hearing will be scheduled to review a draft of the proposed 2021-2022 QAP before it is voted on by New Hampshire Housing’s Board of Directors. Register here.

New Hampshire Housing has posted the 2025 nine percent LIHTC schedule, including the preliminary and final application process.
