Oregon Housing and Community Services (OHCS) released Notice of Funding Availability (NOFA) #2019-4 for the development and preservation of affordable rental housing for large scale projects, small scale projects and veteran projects (both large and small). NOFA submissions are due November 4, 2019 by 4 pm PDT whether submitted electronically or in paper form. Late submissions will not be considered.
This is the first NOFA that allows electronic application submission; paper application submissions will still be allowed if desired. In order to be eligible to apply electronically, applicants must email MFNOFA@oregon.gov by October 20 with the following information and your intention to submit electronically via Procorem;
- Project Name
- Project Location
- Project Type (large / small / veteran)
OHCS will host a webinar training on September 23 from 2 – 4 pm PDT and will also be posting online modules with further detail on using the new electronic application form. Any questions related to the NOFA must be submitted by email to MFNOFA@oregon.gov.
