The Texas Department of Housing & Community Affairs (TDHCA) Governing Board named Bobby Wilkinson as executive director of the agency, effective August 15, 2019. Wilkinson has served as an advisor to Texas Governor Greg Abbott on housing policy since 2014. He also filled various other roles in the Abbott Administration’s Budget and Policy division, most recently as deputy budget director. Wilkinson has a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Texas at Austin.

Virgin Islands HFA Appoints Eugene Jones Jr. Executive Director
Eugene Jones Jr. has been appointed executive director of the Virgin Islands Housing Finance Authority. Jones most recently served as executive director of the Atlanta Housing Authority and brings to his new role decades of experience working in housing agencies in cities, such as Chicago, Toronto, New Orleans and Detroit
