The West Virginia Housing Development Fund updated its Statewide Housing Needs Assessment. This file lists the counties alphabetically and this file lists them by need score. There are two sheets per pdf – one for Family and one for Senior. The Fund will be providing an updated WVHDF Form 1040 as soon as it is available.
